• Booking or contact forms — your name, email, phone number, and brief shoot details. We use these only to reply, confirm dates, invoice, and deliver photos.
• Site analytics — your IP address and cookie data. This helps us see which pages people like and fix the ones they don’t.
• Payments — billing name and the last four digits of your card (handled by Stripe or PayPal). We keep this for accounting and tax compliance.

How We Use Your Data

• To schedule shoots and send confirmations.
• To deliver galleries, invoices, and occasional follow-up emails you’ve asked for.
• To improve the site with anonymous analytics.
• Never for spam marketing; we won’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask.

Sharing and Storage

• Data is stored in password-protected services such as Wfolio, Gmail, Stripe, and WeTransfer.
• We do not sell or swap your data.
• Servers are EU-based where possible; otherwise we use GDPR-compliant providers.

How Long We Keep It

• Booking emails and invoices: up to seven years, as required for tax records.
• Online galleries: up to twelve months after final delivery, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your Rights
