By booking a session with AMELPOMENEM PHOTO you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking and Deposit

• Dates are first-come, first-served.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30 percent secures your slot. The balance is due on shoot day.
• You may reschedule once for free if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Less notice requires a new deposit.

2. Session Basics

• Quick Shot — 45-minute studio session, up to 30 edited photos, delivered within three days.
• Signature Shoot — 1.5-hour studio session, up to 60 edited photos, delivered within seven days.
• All In Shoot — roughly three hours (studio plus optional outdoor), 100–150 edited photos, gallery in fourteen days plus fine-art prints.

3. Creative Control and Conduct

You are welcome to bring ideas, props, and outfits, but final decisions on lighting, backdrop, and crop remain with the photographer. Respectful behaviour is expected; unsafe or offensive conduct ends the session with no refund.

4. Image Rights

• Clients may use the finished images for personal purposes—social media, prints, dating profiles, and similar—credit is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Photographer may share selected images online or in print portfolio.
• Commercial use such as advertising or product packaging requires a written licence and an additional fee.

5. Cancellations and Force Majeure

Illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen events will be handled case-by-case. Deposits may roll to a new date or convert to studio credit.

6. Liability

The studio is fully insured and all equipment is safety-checked. Clients remain responsible for their personal property and wardrobe items at all times. Any loss of, or damage to, studio premises, lighting gear, props, or other equipment caused by the client (beyond normal wear and tear) will be chargeable at the full cost of repair or replacement.
